-Understanding basic yoga poses in foundation with alignment.
-Developing awareness to protect your body when you are practicing yoga.
-Pranayama, including breathing techniques for beginners.
-Shoulder opening exercises and strengthening of shoulders, arms and core.
-Freeing up your spine (upper/middle/lower back)
-Hip opening exercises.
-Guidance to backbends.
-Inversion practice such as headstand, tripod, headstand.
